Qualification Required And Experience: Age 40 years and above. Minimum 10 years of proven leadership experience in travel, tourism, or related industries. Strong background in business management, marketing, and operations. Excellent strategic planning and execution skills. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and improve organizational efficiency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Computer savvy and proficient in modern business tools and systems. Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and growth strategies. Bilingual (French is an advantage but not mandatory).
