Qualification Required And Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Montessori or early childhood education is highly desirable. Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a childcare or preschool teacher role. Proficiency in French to aid in the child’s bilingual skills development. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A patient, cheerful, and creative individual who is confident in their ability to engage and educate young children. Residency in or near Trantra hills, Taifa, Dome, Pokuase, Amasaman, Kwabenya, Ofankor Barrier, Kingsby, or Mile 7 is advantageous.
