QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: HND or higher. 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software.
