GWO SEVO Solutions Ghana Ltd is seeking confident, energetic and results-driven Digital Marketing Agents to join its Contact Center team. Successful candidates will engage assigned leads through outbound calls, social media and other digital channels, promote relevant products and convert customer interest into successful sales. Applicants must be confident on the phone, social media savvy and motivated by targets and results. What You’ll Do: Promote assigned products, services and digital campaigns. Contact assigned leads and existing customers through outbound calls. Engage customers through WhatsApp, social media and other approved digital channels. Promote assigned products, services and campaigns. Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and level of interest. Recommend suitable products and clearly explain their features and benefits. Handle objections and guide customers towards a purchase decision. Follow up consistently with interested prospects and incomplete transactions. Convert assigned leads into successful sales. Record customer interactions, follow-up actions and sales outcomes accurately. Consistently achieve daily, weekly and monthly call, conversion and revenue targets. Maintain a professional customer experience across telephone and digital channels. Who We’re Looking For: Strong telephone communication, persuasion and sales skills. Confident making outbound calls and engaging customers online. Able to create interest, overcome objections and close sales. Target-driven, resilient and comfortable working in a contact-center environment. Fluency in English; proficiency in a Ghanaian language is an advantage. Previous experience in tele sales, contact-center sales, digital marketing, social selling or customer acquisition is an advantage. Success will be measured by your call activity, conversion rate, sales performance and quality of customer engagement.
