Qualification Required And Experience: Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. A certified professional in HRM, balance score card or KPI practitioner. At least 12 years of post-qualification experience in HR & Administration, including 10 years in a managerial leadership role in the public sector. Strong track record of developing HR strategies, designing and implementing HR systems and managing administrative functions in a public sector. Excellent knowledge of Ghana's labour laws, regulatory requirements, HR best practices and administrative operations. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work at executive level and influence across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to lead change, build high performing teams and drive organizational effectiveness.
