Qualification Required And Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing or food and beverage industry. Strong understanding of labour laws, HR best practices and employees relations. Knowledge of HR software or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) is an advantage.
