Required Skills or Experience: The consultants should specialize in trade facilitation and security and would play a crucial role in developing and delivering effective training programs for the police services. The person must have the following: 1. A degree in international trade/law/Police Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in trade facilitation, customs procedures, or law enforcement training would be beneficial. 2. Prior experience working in law enforcement agencies, preferably in roles related to police, and border security will be preferred. 3. Prior experience in training personnel of the Ghana Police Service. 4. Must have the capacity and ability to convene and facilitate workshops for the Ghana Police Service personnel along the trade corridors of Tema-Paga and Tema-Aflao. 5. Have knowledge of trade facilitation processes, international trade regulations, and border security protocols. 6. Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for law enforcement agencies, particularly in trade facilitation. 7. Familiarity with international standards and best practices in trade facilitation, as well as an understanding of the specific needs and challenges faced by police services in this domain.
