Qualification Required And Experience: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within: Manufacturing, Outsourcing/manpower supply, and Industrial recruitment. Strong understanding of factory manpower dynamics in Ghana. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication skills in English; local language fluency is a strong advantage. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
