Holds an unlimited Master Mariner STCW Certificate of Competency with experience in loading/discharging oil or related cargoes. Meets TGL Training requirements for Assistant Mooring Master and Mooring Master Competency Standards. Possesses GMDSS certification, and either Dangerous Cargo, Endorsement or and Tanker Safety (Oil) qualification.
