JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Basic understanding of IT concepts and principles. Create and maintain documentation for software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Install, configure, and securely maintain software applications on servers to ensure optimal performance. Provide timely and effective technical support to the team. Competence in report development using IT tools such as Power BI and Crystal Reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to Customers. Implement and maintain security measures to protect secure the IT architecture. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. Knowledge of report development, and data visualization tools. Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). Knowledge of Windows and SUSE Linux operating Systems. Basic programming knowledge. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborate with different departments.
