Person Specification: Experience in government, business or NGO sectors with a focus on cities, sustainability, climate change and/or climate finance. Some previous experience in a business development type role is strongly desired. Resourceful, motivated, efficient and proactive in identifying new opportunities to help the team, with the ability to connect the dots with other teams and opportunities, enabling the organisation to effectively support member cities. Strong ability to work alone, proactivity to problem solving and the production of high quality first drafts. Good strategic thinking skills. Fluency in English. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to communicate complicated information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences. Good problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities. Excellent organisational, project and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage/coordinate simultaneous projects and successfully prioritise multiple tasks with sound judgement.
