Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role with payroll and benefits expertise. Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and payroll statutory requirements. Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.
