Qualifications: DBS / HND. Experience working in a call center or restaurant as a cashier or phone attendant. Must have a good command over the English language. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain a professional composure and appearance always. Excellent listener and extremely friendly. Great customer service and marketing skills. Excellent attention to details. Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customer.
