Preferably accredited by the relevant professional body (e.g., IPR Ghana, CIPR UK). Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences. Experience in knowledge management, including the use of digital platforms and tools for information sharing and collaboration. Knowledge of development finance, economic development issues, and international development contexts is often preferred. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
