Job Description: As a Chef or Cook specializing in Chinese and Asian Cuisine, your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Preparation and cooking of dishes specific to Chinese and Asian cuisines, such as stir-fries, dim sum, noodle dishes, and traditional regional specialties. 2. Ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes by following standardized recipes and techniques. 3. Managing kitchen operations including ingredient preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation. 4. Monitoring inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients, and placing orders as needed. 5. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils. 6. Collaborating with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal service and ensure timely delivery of dishes. 7. Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. 8. Training and supervising kitchen staff as needed.
