Job Description :

What You Will Bring: Minimum 4 years of experience in administration, finance, or related fields. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in financial transactions, tax compliance, and HR administration. Ability to manage assets, vendor contracts, and sourcing processes. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder coordination abilities. Knowledge of corporate policies, governance, and compliance requirements. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Problem-solving, time management, attention to detail, communication skills, and computer literacy. Teamwork, adaptability, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (including MS Access), SAP, Concur, SMP, Ericsson Buyer, Visual Archive Office (VAO), sourcing tools, financial systems, travel management tools, supplier databases, PDF file converters, and various ordering systems. Behavioral competencies such as following instructions and procedures, writing and reporting, working with people and delivering results, planning, organizing, creating, and innovating. Graduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification/experience.
