Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s or JD preferred. Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction. Minimum 10 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law. Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Experience managing legal teams or departments. High level of integrity and professional ethics. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office.
