Role Summary: Reporting to the Senior Legal Officer, the Legal and Compliance Officer would be responsible for providing assistance and advice on legal, contract, legislative and compliance issues regarding the establishment and operations of the organization. Qualification Required And Experience: Minimum of 3 years working experience. Bachelor's of laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university. Must be a lawyer and member of Ghana Bar Association. Experience in corporate or investment related legal practice, preferably in the public or financial sector.
