Job Description :

Qualification Required And Experience: A bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Professional qualification in insurance (At least Diploma or equivalent). Must have at least 6 years of experience from the insurance industry, preferably general insurance, with at least 3 years in a similar position. Proven success in sales and demonstrable knowledge of the sales process. Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal. Strong client management skills. Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions. Strong skills in researching and analyzing new business opportunities. Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks. Strong Communication skills (written, oral and presentation).
