Qualification Required And Experience: Professional accountancy certification (CA,ICA,ACCA,CPA,CIMA) with at least 3 years post qualification experience. Postgraduate qualification in Accounting or Finance (i.e Masters or equivalent). Evidence of leadership and continuing professional development and training in health management. A minimum of 7 years working experience in the health sector of which 5 years should be at a senior management level. A broad knowledge base and experience of KATH/MoH policies and operating procedures. Experience in project financing, planning and appraisal. Broad knowledge base of financial rules and regulations particularly with regard to public/health sector. Knowledge of general administrative practices and office procedures / protocols. Knowledge and understanding of the KATH / MoH administrative set up and policies.
