Qualification Required And Experience: Education: A University Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• A postgraduate qualification or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR, CIPD etc.) is a plus. Experience: Proven experience as an HR leader with a track record of successfully managing HR Operations (End to end per tasks identified in job profile) and driving strategic HR initiatives. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities in complex HR situations. Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
