Qualifications: a) Educational Qualification: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field preferred. b) Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Floor Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in a fine dining establishment. Experience in staff management, training, and development. c) Skills: Exceptional selling skills Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles. d) Other Requirements: Ability to work long hours and under pressure. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings. Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to customer satisfaction.
