• Analyze, design and prepare mechanical engineering reports

• Undertake feasibility studies and technical investigations

• Prepare cost estimates and contract documents

• Manage projects and administer contracts

• Ensure project compliance with national and local authority requirements

Qualifications

• MINIMUM OF 1st DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (BUILDING SERVICES) • AT LEAST 3 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE • KNOWLEDGE OF A RANGE OF DESIGN SOFTWARE
