Education And Qualification: BSc or Diploma in Mining Engineering or equivalent operational experience. Underground Shiftboss Certificate of Competency or equivalent, as required by the Minerals Commission (Chief Inspector of Mines). Experience: Two to five years operational experience in underground mining with at least two years at supervisory level. Exposure to alliance-style contractor–owner environments and cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrated experience and  knowledge of fundamental underground vertical and lateral developments.
