Qualifications: Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management or related field. Must have at least three (3) years of experience in the same or similar role. Experience in the Real Estate Industry is mandatory. Should be proactive and have strong desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization. Must have a valid driver's license. Excellent negotiation, market research and client management skills. Excellent organizational, presentation, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, team playing and time management skills. Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Software suite (i.e. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
