Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Mechanical Engineer Graduate Trainee to join our team. As a Graduate Trainee, you will play a key role in the development and enhancement of our business operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of mechanical strategies and plans for our products, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and sales targets. Participate and provide technical expertise and guidance. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and services. Must have critical thinking and strategic abilities. Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering. Participate in the planning and negotiations with role players and arrive at a win-win situation in the best interest of the organization and negotiating party. Interface with Managers and staff at all levels of the organization. Qualifications: BSc in Mechanical or a related field. HND in Mechanical Engineering. Requirements: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including statics, dynamics and thermodynamics. Exposure to mining, construction or any manufacturing field where it is desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present technical information clearly and concisely. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results on time. Customer Service and Team orientation abilities, highly required. A computer literate especially with Ms Office Suite and the Internet. Ability to be firm and maintain confidentiality at all times in dealing with situations.
