In this position, you will be responsible to Analyze the requirements of the company and organize IT resources of the company accordingly. Evaluating the needs of the company and choosing the most suitable software, hardware and other IT requirements.

The selected candidate will :

• Manage technology services that meet operational requirements in designated areas of the company.
• Ensure smooth running of the company’s network infrastructure.
• Identify IT knowledge gaps among end users and conduct or recommend appropriate training.
• Maintain inventory on all IT assets.
• Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.).
• Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.

Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
