Your main role is to make sure that security guards assigned to you are performing accordingly. 1. Visit the various clients that we have and do a thorough assessment of their surroundings and advice them on the ways forward. 2. You need to make sure all personnel have gone through the company’s policies and procedures and ensure guards are disciplined on the field. 3. Proper training on their job roles and responsibilities. 4. Recruiting able, capable and enthusiastic applicants to fill job vacancies. 5. You are to make sure daily (Day and Night) spot checks and patrols are done and reports submitted. 6. Organize Zonal meetings and reporting accordingly. 7. You are to train your guard force efficiently towards the attainment of the organizational goals. 8. You are to ensure that all issues are always resolved in a timely manner and reported back to management. 9. You are to ensure that all new recruits go through proper background check and all information are sent to the Administrator. 10. You are required to engage in revenue generation as well thus a minimum of three prospects every week leading to the closure of at least two sales in a month
