Qualifications: University Degree; Economics, Social Sciences or Human Resources qualification preferred. Min. 2 years of experience in Human Resources covering T and OE, C and B, Employee and Labour Relations and general HR functions. Leadership and management experience. PC knowledge (MS Office). Deep understanding of organizational and individual development. Excellent knowledge/practice of Business Partnering model. Ability to use experience and skills to identify and exploit key drivers of organizational performance. Good knowledge of external employment and development trends, labour markets and competitors.
