Qualification Required And Experience: The applicant must have the following qualification: Must possess a first degree in M.B, Ch.B. Postgraduate certificate in Public Health. Must be registered with the Medical and Dental Council. Working Experience: Must have 10 to 15 years working experience as a medical officer and two(2) of those years must be in a managerial position.
