Proven experience as a career coach, employability coach, or similar role. Strong understanding of current job market trends, industry requirements, and employer expectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated ability to create and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions. Familiarity with various career assessment tools and resources. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
