Responsibilities: Execute sourcing activities in designated communities. Manage sourcing operations of purchasing, quality checking, packaging, inventory, and shipping. Lead the implementation of sourcing targets in designated communities and support the implementation of organizational sourcing targets. Manage supplier and stakeholder relationships in designated communities. Ensuring conformity to procurement quality standards. Become an expert in the commodity landscape of the designated communities. Ensure effective implementation and adherence to prescribed processes. Responsible for the performance of subsidiary warehouses within the designated communities. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. General warehouse duties and inventory keeping. Willingness to travel and stay in remote communities across the country. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills or Experience: Business communication skills both written and verbal. Possess multitasking and problem-solving skills. Strong organization and time management skills. Basic usage of computer and android phone. Strong administrative skills. Customer service orientation. Ability to adapt to new environment. Willingness to travel 80 percent of the time and respect for other cultures. Must have good negotiation skills. Prior experience in the commodity landscape is a plus. Qualification in agriculture is a plus.
