Ability to communicate concepts and design rationale to clients.
Knowledge of design, typography and production of printing and web products.
Expertise in graphics, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe, Microsoft Excel, Word, power point, etc
Good writing skills, knowledge composition for editing and knowledge of grammar for proofreading.
Typing skills with at least 55wpm with high accuracy.
To be able to work with all standard of graphic design programme

To understand the design needs of clients, meeting and discussing with clients about the objectives and requirement of their job.
Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients upon management’s approval.
Ensure a high level of service delivery to clients.
Update clients on progress, changes and adjustments.
Identify and utilize appropriate software.
Handle confidential documents carefully.
Collaborate with team for successful completion, especially in case of complex projects.
Ensure the final project is proof read for accuracy and quality.
Posting on the company’s social media handle for advertising the businesses of your graphic designs.

Requirements:
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
A strong eye for visual composition.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Should also have Organic and paid digital marketing experience at least 2 years
