Qualifications: Minimum of a degree in Business Administration or any other related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role preferably farm related. Outstanding coordination and people management skills for the achieving of organizational goals. Strong communication skills, including both verbal and written. Ability to plan strategies for maximum yield, organize farm administration, working machinery, organize associated businesses and managing staff. Exhibit technical and practical competence, as well as the ability to make sound business judgement. Skills in land management and farm business management will be an added advantage. Knowledge of agricultural practices and procedures.
