1) administrative support - Provides administrative support for management and operations
2) check ins/check outs - Coordinates guest, check in and check out inventory checks, and inspections
3) documentation - maintains all property files and documentation, including account sheets for property owners, property monthly reports, invoices from the building management, log of all repair works, damages and missing inventory, utility purchases and reading etc
4) customer service - assists with tenants communication on booking platforms, as well as direct communication channels
5) maintenance - in liaison with the property manager plans for and, coordinates all maintenance works
6) New services - assists the Operations Manager with new services launches and operations, as well as general oversight of three business operations
7) Property administrator to perform administrative duties and coordinate activities related to the management and rental of investment property and real estate on behalf of property management and property owners.
1.1 to 3 years' experience in a similar role 2. Preference for someone located in the Ridge- cantonments-airport-Accra mall area for easy commuting to work 3. Work can be remote (no physical presence) at a lower compensation. 4. Good communication skills 5. Proficiency in Microsoft suite
