Qualification Required And Experience: A University degree in real estate, marketing, business administration or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed in a competitive environment. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. At least 2 years of experience as a real estate salesperson.
