Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood education or a relevant field. Teaching certification or qualification from a recognized institution. Montessori certification or experience with Montessori program. Proven experience teaching kindergarten, preferably in a similar educational setting. Excellent knowledge of the Ghanaian Curriculum and teaching methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young learners. Ability to effectively manage a classroom, maintain discipline, and create a positive learning environment.
