Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan the installation process. Experience in operating and maintaining the necessary tools and equipment used in block paving. Attention to detail and ability to ensure that the installed blocks and pavers are level, adequately spaced, and meet the required standards. Excellent communication skills to work with team members and clients effectively. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and adaptable to work schedules as per project requirements. Understanding of safety and health regulations related to construction and ability to follow them diligently.
