**Job Summary:**

As a Pre-School Teacher at We-Best International School, you will be responsible for nurturing and educating our youngest learners in Creche, Nursery 1&2, and KG 1&2. You will create a stimulating and safe learning environment, implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, and foster the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of children in your care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**1. Curriculum Development and Implementation:**

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with the school's pre-school curriculum.

- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration.

**2. Child Development:**

- Foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.

- Encourage positive behavior and interpersonal skills through modeling and reinforcement.

**3. Classroom Management:**

- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that supports learning and play.

- Establish routines and expectations to promote a sense of security and structure.

**4. Individualized Attention:**

- Identify the unique needs and interests of each child and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

- Provide additional support or enrichment for students as needed.

**5. Parent and Guardian Communication:**

- Maintain open and regular communication with parents and guardians, including sharing progress reports, organizing parent-teacher conferences, and addressing concerns or questions.

**6. Assessment and Evaluation:**

- Monitor and document each child's progress and development.

- Conduct developmental assessments and share findings with parents.

**7. Health and Safety:**

- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.

- Follow health and safety guidelines, including hygiene practices and emergency procedures.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or working towards one). - Teaching certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education will be an added advantage - Previous experience in pre-school education is preferred. - Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
