The Sales Supervisor will be in-charge of van sales persons in a designated area. All the sales person working in that area or market will be reporting to him/her. He/she will be responsible for managing and growing his/her area and delivering the sales numbers every month.

REQUIREMENTS: 1. Business Administration, Marketing or related Degree / HND. 2. ONLY 3-5 years FMCG sales experience. 3. Proactive and Result Oriented. 4. Good communication skills in English and local languages. 5. Good mathematical and calculation skills. 6. Good in using excel and computer usage. 7. Convincing and determination. 8. Team management and Leadership. 9. To be able to work under pressure and strict timelines
