Qualification Required And Experience: Minimum of BSc in Construction Technology and Management OR BSc in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics. National Service completed: 0–3 years relevant work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Knowledge of construction methods, materials and site operations. Basic understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes. Ability to prepare cost estimates and project documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project); knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM is an advantage. Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work on construction sites when required.
