Required Skills or Experience: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University, ideally in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. Advanced degree or certification strongly preferred. Full membership of the ACIB will be an advantage. 10+ years of relevant professional experience or demonstrated elevated level of success related to finance, banking, and/or related area. Deep knowledge of Rural Banking and overall Banking industry in Ghana. Proven managerial experience or demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team in a financial organization. Proven capacity to effectively accomplish and exceed expectations in respect of the duties described herein.
