Qualifications And Requirements: 5 years of experience in operations, hiring, or service industry management. Proven ability to manage teams, oversee hiring processes, and optimize service performance. Strong organization skills with the ability to track multiple workflows. Highly proficient in spoken English. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle team training and feedback implementation. Experience with customer service operations, dispatch management, or field service management. Proficiency with digital tools, including dispatch software and hiring platforms. Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
