Responsibilities: Develop marketing programs across the appropriate marketing mix towards achieving set targets. Perform regular strategy monitoring and corrective measures to provide expertise in the area of marketing, branding and business development. Plan, implement and monitor all marketing, branding and advertising activities and ensure a prudent and successive alignment of such activities to overall corporate strategy. Ensure the achievement of both individual and organizational sales target, by successfully managing the sales team. Oversee the daily workflow of the department. Oversee key client engagements from sales to delivery. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs. Work with the Human Resource Manager to recruit, set objectives, coach and monitor performance of Sales Officers. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Required Skills or Experience: A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. Significant and successful previous work experience in sales or marketing. Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. Prior working experience in a real estate company is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Resident in Tema or the surrounding areas.
