Qualification Required And Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Master's Degree is an advantage). Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development/marketing, ideally within education, training or capacity building. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques. Leadership experience managing small teams. A track record of achieving/exceeding targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
