Qualification Required And Experience: Degree in Human Resource Management or related field (Master's/professional certification is an advantage). Minimum of 10+ years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing or heavy industry. Strong knowledge of labour laws, employee relations and HR best practices. Proven ability to manage workforce dynamics in a demanding operational environment.
