Job Responsibilities: Provide input in the formulation of policies of the company. Provide legal advice on matters relating to the operations of the company. Represent the company in matters that may be brought before the court of law. Represent the company before external agencies and departments. Draft legal documents for the company. Prepare legal documents for filing at the various courts as directed. Qualification Required And Experience: LLB or BA plus BL (Barrister at Law). Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
