Qualification Required And Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Agribusiness/Agricultural Economics, Sales and marketing, with knowledge in Agronomy or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 2+ years of Sales, Business Development, Business operations, or related experience. Proven work experience as an agronomy Sales Representative. Additional Qualifications: Agronomy sales experience preferred. Strong negotiation skills and communication skills (both written and verbal). Excellent customer service and prospecting skills. Highly motivated, target-driven with a proven track record to meet and exceed sales quotas. Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and openness to feedback. Product Knowledge. Self-Confident. A team player. Ability to work independently as well as in in group. Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs. Note: A Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record would be an added advantage.
