Skills And Qualifications: Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in food production or processing, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role in a related field. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Driving License: Must have a valid, full driving license. Food Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations (HACCP, GMP, etc.). Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control. Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with production management software and ERP systems.
