Qualification Required And Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. At least 3 years experience in an ICT support or system administration role, preferably in the financial services sector. Certification in IT security or network management (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CCNA) is an advantage. Other Requirements: This role shall require occasional visits to branch locations within Accra. Availability for on-call support outside of standard business hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
